If you live in the Continental United States (excluding AK/HI), all products offered on our Web Site are FREE of shipping charges on purchases of $50.00 or more. For orders that are under $50.00 a $8.50 charge will apply to your order. Because of the rising cost of UPS Next Day and 2nd Day Air is only available per phone request. Please call (888)-366-5997 for a quote. For those of you who are outside the 48 contiguous state, we calculate shipping cost on an individual basis. Please call (888) 366-59970 for your shipping quote. On all "Quick Ship" items ordered before 1:00 PM EST, every effort will be made to ship the same day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday. Some of our linen and padded rail products come directly from the manufacturer; please allow 2- 4 weeks for delivery. Shipping Freight Carrier Because of the size and weight, some of our larger items (i.e., Soft Side Waterbeds and Wood Frame Waterbeds) we use several carriers to get your purchase to you. However, we understand that no bed or mattress is a perfect fit for everyone. In cases of exchanges or "30 Night Sleep Satisfaction Guarantee," the customer will be responsible for any shipping charges to and from our store. Asound Sleep cannot except any exchanges of opened merchandise, with the exception of a mattress exchanged under our "30 Night Sound Sleep Satisfaction Guarantee." Under the "30 Night Sleep Satisfaction Guarantee" your mattress may only be exchanged for one of equal or greater value. A RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required. Thank you for your trust in Asound Sleep. 30 Night Sound Sleep Policy "Return" Our "30 Night Sound Sleep Guarantee" applies only to our Soft Side beds, Strobel Supple Pedic beds, and our Hard Side Waterbeds. We understand that purchasing one of our Soft Side Beds over the internet has a certain level of mystery. Since you don't have the privilege of visiting our showroom and "test resting," we give you "30 Nights" to try your new bed in the comfort of your own home. In the event that you should choose to return your bed, please note the following. Keep all packing cartons for the 30 days. All items must be returned in their original cartons and in like new condition. You will receive a full refund less all shipping cost to your home and returning to our store. When calling for your RMA number, please have your receipt available. We will arrange the pick up of your return with our shipping company. Once we receive your return, it is checked for contents and condition. We do reserve the right to add additional charges should your return be missing parts or in less than new condition.
